Allow me to offer praise for Black Moon Book Trailers!
I am a great believer in giving credit where credit is due. Don Franklin is an honest and ethical businessman, who holds to his promise. When he says he will deliver on a product he fulfills his promises and then some. If he is not clear about something in the opening negotiations on a price for a job, he gives his customer the benefit of the doubt. He is an old-fashioned businessman who adheres to the view that the customer is always right. In fact, the customer is not always right. Communication is two way. The customer should take some of the responsibility. But Don Franklin gives the customer the benefit of the doubt. If it means that he has to put in a few extra hours without being paid, he will do it. That's because it is not money that is the bottom line. It is reputation for his business practices and his product. My advice to any future customer of Don's is be fair to the man and he'll never let you down. But being an ethical businessman is not all there is to the story. He is also a dedicated creative artist who puts all he has into his work. I can personally vouch for the fact that he did such an excellent job on the book trailer for my book "The History of the Peace Train" that my publisher XoXoPublishing now wants to contract him to do trailers for other authors. I don't really need to recommend Don Franklin. He and his work recommend themselves. Thank you Don for being such a nice person to work with and for being the professional that you are.
